Should you not know which staff member to talk with, contact our Welcome Center Staff and they can direct you to the appropriate staff member that will be able to answer your questions or fulfill your request. We are at your service and love talking with our members!
YMCA WELCOME CENTER
The Rochester Area Family YMCA wants to be sure that all who call or visit the Y receive the absolute best service possible. Our Welcome Center Staff are trained to take care of your membership needs. If you would like to talk with a YMCA Director, but are not sure who you should speak with, feel free to contact our Welcome Center Staff who can assist you.
