Enjoy a five day trial membership for $5! YES that is a buck a day to have fun and fitness at the Rochester Area Family Y.. Photo ID and guest registration at the Welcome Center is required. First-time visitors only and you must be 18 years or older to participate. Kids Care is not included.
Your trial 5 day pass will be provided at the Rochester Area Family Y after your tour with the Membership Sales Director, Angie Dieterich or Welcome Center Staff. Valid within 10 days of submitting this form.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The 5 Day Trial Pass is good for an individual guest (Adult), two adults living at the same address (Dual) or a family living in the same household Family). Primary guest must be at least 18 years of age. YMCA tour, photo ID and guest registration at Y Welcome Center is required. Limit one trial pass per individual, dual or family living in same residence. Trial Pass is subject to YMCA policies and may be limited to non-peak usage. All guests on Trial Pass consent to receiving YMCA information and solicitations. No cash value.
