Healthy Living Director

Job Description:
We are searching for an innovative, motivated and energetic individual to provide leadership and direction so that our health and wellness program areas reach the next level of excellence. The right candidate must be passionate about health and wellness and feel comfortable in delivering successful performance results. Our Healthy Living Director must be energetic, people-oriented and able to lead the operation and supervision of health and wellness staff and programs, like strength training, personal training, nutrition, massage and group fitness all under the Activate America principles. This position requires a leader with fabulous interpersonal skills who can quickly learn names, engage, and retain our members. Member satisfaction and retention is a top priority!

Qualifications:
This position requires a bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent of work/management experience with a minimum of two (2) years of successful supervisory experience in the health & fitness industry. Current first aid and CPR/AED certifications are required to be obtained.

The successful candidate must be capable of taking their team to the next level, computer literate, have excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service. Salary: $30,000 - $33,000

Additional Compensation Details: A comprehensive benefits package is offered to all full time employees including medical, dental and retirement.
