BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP MEMBERSHIP PLAN

FOR ALL CORPORATE MEMBER COMPANIES:

  1.  All company employees receive a Waived Joining Fee (valued at $75 & $100) at any time.
  2. Employees of companies participating in the YMCA Corporate Membership Plan receive a YMCA Subsidy of 15% on monthly membership fees.
  3. Companies have the option to contribute towards employee monthly membership fees with a contribution of any % amount or any flat-dollar amount.
  4. Any company contribution will be invoiced each month by the YMCA.
  5. Invoices are itemized by employee name and membership category, so that the company can easily identify any necessary roster changes (i.e., to remove terminated or resigned staff members from the corporate group).
  6. The employee’s portion of his/her monthly membership fee will be collected directly from the employee by the YMCA, via bank or debit/card draft.  Each individual employee can choose either the 1st or 15th of each month as his/her draft date.

 

Corporate Member Group companies will contribute an annual “corporate member group fee,” based on their total number of employees.

This will be invoiced by the YMCA.  Companies will be billed in the initial month they sign up (prorated for the year), and then in January for subsequent years.

With this fee in place, there is no minimum number of required membership units.

 

7.  When a Corporate Member Group Company agrees to offer Payroll deduction, the Annual Company Fee will be waived.
